Complaints Procedure:

In what we feel is the unlikely event you have a complaint about any of our products or workmanship, please feel free to use our contact page, or call us on 01843 807863 to do so.

We will always try to resolve complaints on the spot by talking through any problems with you.

We want to leave you happy with our work, as you're our best salesperson. If you're happy, you're more likely to recommend us, so we'll do our utmost to make sure you remain pleased with what we've done for you.

In the event that we cannot agree with each other over your complaint, you can make formal complaint through Trading Standards or take advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau, but we don't in all honesty see that happening. It would be a first.

We would ask that you make any complaint within 7 days of the completion of any installation, which should give you time to have noticed any problems and as we're not in control of what may happen to your property in future, i.e. extraordinary weather events, accidents etc.
